CUSTOM & OEM

Your brand, woven in.

Nothing we make comes off a shelf. Every order is produced to a specification, which means the dimensions, the fabric, the finish and the branding are all yours to decide. If you are not sure what to ask for, this page explains the options — and we will walk you through the rest.

THE VARIABLES

Almost everything is a decision.

Dimensions

Width, height, depth and gusset, built to your measurements rather than adjusted from a standard size.

Fabric weight

Lighter cloth for promotional and gift items, heavier for bags and baskets meant to last years.

Handles & straps

Rope, webbing, self-fabric, cane or leather. Length and attachment point are yours to specify.

Lining & interior

Unlined, cotton lined, laminated for water resistance, or food-grade where that matters.

Closures & fittings

Zips, magnetic snaps, drawstrings, buttons or open-top.

Colour

Natural undyed jute, or dyed to a shade you specify.

Not sure which of these matter for what you're making? Tell us the product and how it will be used, and we'll tell you which decisions actually affect the outcome.

BRANDING

Four ways to put your name on it.

Screen printed custom logo on jute tote bag

Screen printing

Ink pushed through a mesh stencil, one screen per colour. Produces flat, solid, hard-wearing colour and is the most common choice for logos and simple graphics on jute.

Best for: bold logos, solid shapes, few colours.

Digital printing on jute drawstring pouch

Digital printing

Artwork printed directly onto the fabric. Handles photographs, gradients and fine detail that screens cannot reproduce, though the finish sits differently on a coarse weave than on smooth cloth.

Best for: photographic artwork, gradients, complex or multi-colour designs.

Custom embroidered logo on jute product

Embroidery

Stitched directly into the fabric. Adds texture and reads as more premium, but simplifies fine detail — small text and thin lines do not translate well.

Best for: monograms, simple marks, a crafted finish.

Woven brand label and hang tag on jute bag

Woven labels & tags

Your brand woven or printed onto a separate label, then sewn in. Sits inside the neck, on a side seam, or hangs as a swing tag.

Best for: retail products where the branding should be discreet.

Send us your artwork and tell us what you're going for. We'll tell you honestly which method suits it — including when the one you had in mind isn't the right choice.

ARTWORK

What we need from you.

  • Vector artwork if you have it — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Vector scales to any size without losing quality, which matters when the same logo goes on a pouch and a laundry basket.
  • High-resolution raster if you don't — PNG or TIFF with a transparent background where possible. The larger the original, the better the result.
  • Your colours, however you have them — Pantone references are ideal. Hex or CMYK values work. A photograph of something in the right colour is a starting point.
  • Where it goes — A rough sketch or a marked-up photo showing placement is more useful than a written description.
  • Anything you have already bought — If there is a product you like from elsewhere, send a photo. It is often the fastest way to communicate what you want.

Don't have artwork yet? Say so. We can work from a sketch or a description and send you something to react to.

PRIVATE LABEL

Sold as yours, not ours.

Products can carry your branding exclusively with nothing identifying us as the manufacturer. Your customers see only your brand identity on the product and its packaging.

Care labels, swing tags, woven neck tags, and barcode labels can be produced and attached strictly to your artwork and specifications.

Individual polybagging, custom inner boxing, or retail-ready outer cartons can be arranged so goods arrive at your warehouse ready to sell without needing repacking.

Anything you design stays yours. We don't reuse a customer's artwork, shape or specification for anyone else.

THE PROCESS

How a custom order actually goes.

01

Tell us the idea

A product type, a rough quantity, and anything you know about how you want it to look.

02

We come back with options

What is straightforward, what is harder, and what we would suggest instead.

03

Artwork and specification

We confirm dimensions, materials, print method and placement in writing.

04

Sample

A physical sample of your exact specification, couriered to you. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.

05

Production

Photos at each stage. Third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment.

BEYOND THE RANGE

If you can describe it, ask.

Our forty-odd product types are what we make most often, not a limit. If you have seen something elsewhere, sketched something, or have a product in mind that does not exist yet, send it over and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can make well.
