Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?

No. Most people who write to us are working it out as they go. Describe roughly what you have in mind and we'll help you narrow it down.

What's the smallest order you'll take?

From 100 pieces for smaller, lighter items, more for larger or heavier ones. If your quantity is below that, ask anyway.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes, always. Nothing goes into production until you've approved a physical sample.

Can you make something that isn't on your website?

Yes. Send a photo, a sketch, or a sample of something you've bought elsewhere.
