Nothing is produced until you approve a sample
You hold the physical product and sign off before a single unit of your bulk order is made.

If bulk doesn't match your approved sample, we remake it or refund you
Not a goodwill gesture. A written term on every order contract.

Escrow available on request
For first orders we can arrange payment through a third-party escrow service, so funds release only when you confirm receipt.

Independent inspection on request
Arrange your own inspector, or ask us to book one on your behalf. You see the report before the container is sealed.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and a fumigation certificate where required.
Container planning
We'll tell you how many units fit a 20ft or 40ft container before you order, so you're not paying to ship air.

What's your minimum order?
Our minimum starts at 100 pieces for smaller, lighter items, and rises for larger or heavier products. If your quantity sits below the minimum for what you want, ask anyway — we can often work something out.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, always. You can request a sample kit to feel the materials and inspect stitching quality, or order a custom pre-production sample of your exact specification before bulk manufacturing begins.
How long does production take?
It depends on the product, the quantity, and how much customisation is involved. Tell us what you're planning and we'll give you a realistic timeline in writing, along with the quote.
Can you print my logo on the products?
We offer screen printing, digital printing, custom embroidery, and woven brand labels. Send your artwork in vector or image format and our team will recommend the best application method.
What are your payment terms?
We work with standard international trade terms and structure them around the size and nature of each order. We'll set them out clearly in writing before you commit to anything.
Which countries do you ship to?
We export worldwide. Tell us your destination port and we'll confirm freight options and the paperwork your customs authority will need.
Can you make something that isn't on your website?
Yes. Send us a photo, a technical sketch, or a reference sample of something you've bought elsewhere. We will develop a prototype tailored to your exact specs.
What happens if the order arrives wrong?
Our quality guarantee guarantees that if bulk production fails to match your approved pre-production sample, we will remake the affected units or refund your payment in full.
